Rewinding a few years to 2019, my workdays as a Digital News Executive Producer in Los Angeles were filled with long hours, constant pressure, and the weight of being the one everyone depended on.

I’d get home on autopilot, too drained to do anything but sit in my car, completely numb. Even walking up a few steps to my apartment felt like climbing a mountain.
